Slip dresses to me are amazing. They are so versatile. I honestly have difficulties thinking of a situation where they wouldn't be appropriate. I think I own at least five or six, and all of them except for one look similar to the above. I have one with lace, which I layer underneath a simpler slipdress - but I'll write a separate post just about slipdresses. This article is about The Sleeper, a Ukrainian brand founded in 2014 by Kate Zubarieva and Asya Varetsa. They immediately got kudos from Vogue Italia's legendary editor-in-chiefFranca Sozzani who passed a few years ago who named them brand-of-the-month. As the name suggests - they focus on sleepwear, but have some very cool pieces that can easily be worn throughout the day. My favorite is definitely their selection of slip dresses. Take a look:

This coat ($260) has actually pinstripes, it's difficult to tell from the image. It's a perfect coat for spring or summer, for example with a slipdress :), but also jeans or anything else. The material is a cotton/viscose/poly mix, so very light and airy.
